Rectangular storage jars use available space efficiently. Try apothecary-style jars in a 36-oz size, perfect for two batches of 150 grams. Anchor Hocking has a line of these jars called Fountain Square. Labeling by inserting a folding letter-size paper is very easy. The apothecary jar has a lid that allows gas build-up to escape from inside the jar, but is an air-tight seal in every other way. It's like a one-way valve.
